Abstract

As technology develops, it certainly needs to be supported by superior human resources so that it can run well. Developing human resources in the digital era requires skills such as Human Resources skills, change management and technology skills. Apart from that, superior human resources are needed to achieve organizational goals, so there needs to be development and appreciation for their achievements so that the performance of these human resources can be maintained. This community service is carried out with this in mind. Apart from that, considering the more community service that is carried out regarding human resource management (HRM), the managerial implications that can help organizations improve organizational performance will be obtained.
