BIMBINGAN TEKNIS MENAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN KOPERASI WANITA KHASANAH DESA PENGKOL KECAMATAN MANTINGAN KABUPATEN NGAWI

Abstract

The institutional strengthening activity through the management of the Khasanah Women's Cooperative in Pengkol Village, Mantingan District, Ngawi Regency was motivated by the existence of the cooperative which is not yet fully functional and has not been optimally utilized by its members and the surrounding community. This is due to the still minimal knowledge of the administrators, members and the community regarding the functions and benefits of cooperatives. The community only knows one function of cooperatives, namely to provide capital assistance in the form of money. In fact, there are several other functions of cooperatives, including developing the potential of residents and the surrounding area and can be a vehicle for improving the economic capabilities of cooperative members and also the community in general. Based on the situation above, efforts to increase public knowledge regarding the existence of the Khasanah Women's Cooperative are important to do, so that members and the community can optimally utilize the cooperative's existence. The results of discussions and discussions in the Technical Guidance covering 3 aspects: institutional, financial and managerial, showed that there is a desire from the administrators, members and the surrounding community to know how cooperatives should be managed and knowledge related to cooperative institutions is increasingly understood by the administrators, members and the community
