Pelatihan Pembuatan POC Dari Limbah Kulit Pisang di Desa Paron, Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi

Abstract

Piles of waste are indeed an eyesore and an olfactory nuisance in our surroundings. Waste is anything for production or consumption that, if discharged directly into the environment without prior treatment, can become an environmental burden (law number 18 of 2008). Effort to minimize waste can be made using the 3R approach, which includes reduce, reuse and recycle. This community service activity aims to utilize waste by converting it into reuseable items, thereby helping to reduce environmental pollution. Creatively utilizing organic waste (specifically banana peels) offers an excellent solution for transforming waste into useful products that even benefit plant grrowth. This community service activity involved training on the utilization of organik waste (banana peels) to prodoce liquid organic fertilizer (POC). The result is a reduction in waste, the maintenance of cleanliness, and the preservation and care of our earth, while also fostering creativity through the use of easily accessible materials like banana peel waste, increasing the economic value of waste serves as an entrepreneurial exercise that enhances the qualityof human resources and supports government programs reducing unemployment by fostering an entrepreneurial and productive society as a means to enhance self-reliance.
