Penyusunan Dokumen Perencanaan Gedung TKIT Al-Husna Di Desa Kendal, Kecamatan Kendal, Kabupaten Ngawi

Abstract

The construction of school buildings requires comprehensive planning documents to ensure that the implementation process complies with technical standards, safety requirements, and building functionality. TKIT Al-Husna Foundation in Kendal Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency plans to construct a new school building but has not yet prepared the required planning documents, including architectural drawings, structural drawings, technical specifications, and a Bill of Quantities (BoQ). This Community Service Program aimed to assist the foundation in preparing building planning documents as the basis for future construction. The program applied a participatory assistance approach through site observation, field surveys, needs assessment, architectural and structural planning, document preparation, validation, and document handover. The planning process was conducted based on field conditions and partner requirements while referring to the applicable Indonesian building regulations and national standards (SNI). The program successfully produced a complete set of building planning documents consisting of a site plan, architectural drawings, structural drawings, technical specifications, and a Bill of Quantities (BoQ). These documents provide technical guidance for implementing the school building project and improve the partner's readiness to carry out construction in accordance with applicable technical standards. The resulting planning documents are expected to support the development of a safe, functional, and sustainable educational facility.
