Abstract

Digital transformation demands significant changes in government organizations' work, especially in improving public services. Employee empowerment through change management workshops is a strategic approach to prepare for adaptation and optimize human resource readiness to face the challenges of digitalization. This Community Service Activity was conducted on April 21, 2025, at the Ngawi Regency Public Service Mall, using methods including socialization, training, simulation, discussion, and consultation. The implementation results showed increased employee understanding, skills, and positive attitudes towards digital transformation. This workshop also built self-confidence and created a more adaptive and empowering work environment. Thus, the change management workshop method effectively supports the success of digital transformation in the Ngawi Regency government environment
