This study aims to determine: (1) work competence, work environment, and work productivity of employees at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java, (2) the effect of work competence on employee work productivity at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java (3) the influence of the work environment on employee work productivity at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java, and (4) the influence of work competence and work environment on employee work productivity at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java.
This study is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population was 93 employees of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 93 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression was used as the data analysis technique.
Based on the research results, it shows that work competency and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Pati, Central Java.
