PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organiztion culture a partially and simultaneously on employee performance of One Stop Investment and One Stop Service Department, Ngawi Regency. To get the research data used a survey method using a questionnaire to 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is census method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of study found that the work motivation and organiztion culture partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on the employee performance of One Stop Investment and One Stop Service Department, Ngawi Regency.
