This study focuses on analyzing the role of the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR; People's Business Credit) program provided by Bank Rakyat Indonesia in increasing the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency. The research examines the socioeconomic conditions of MSME beneficiaries, the utilization of KUR financing in business activities, changes in income following the receipt of KUR, and the challenges encountered during the implementation of the program. In addition, the study investigates the role of the bank in delivering financial services, business assistance, and monitoring to MSME beneficiaries. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and a review of relevant literature. The data were analyzed using an interactive qualitative analysis framework consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings indicate that the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program provided by Bank Rakyat Indonesia plays a significant role in enhancing the income and business development of MSMEs in Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency. The program improves access to affordable financing for small business owners, enabling them to increase productivity, expand business capacity, and improve household income. Beyond supporting business growth, KUR also contributes to the economic well-being of beneficiary families. The program's effectiveness is further strengthened by the bank's continuous guidance and monitoring, which help ensure that loan funds are utilized productively. Overall, the KUR program serves as an effective instrument for community economic empowerment and for strengthening the regional MSME sector.
