This research aims to analyze the relationship between the independent variables consisting of Interpersonal Communication and Service Quality with the dependent variable is Consumer Satisfaction., with a case study of Alfin Computer and Photocopy in Ngawi Regency. To obtain research data, a survey method was used using a questionnaire to 82 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, formula F test and formula t test.
The results of the study found that Interpersonal Communication and Service Quality partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Alfin Computer and Photocopy in Ngawi Regency .
