This study aims to analyze the relationship between the independent variables consisting of Product Quality and Determination Pricing with the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. Studies conducted in Esteh Indonesia in Ngawi. To obtain research data, a survey method was used using a questionnaire to 63 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, formula F test and formula t test.
The results of the study found that product quality and determination pricing partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction in Esteh Indonesia in Ngawi.
