Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the development of operating revenues woven bags of plastic in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency, to determine the factors that influence the operating revenue woven bags of plastic in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency, to determine the feasibility of woven bags plastic Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency, to know the constraints faced by businesses of plastic woven bags in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency and to know how to overcome the obstacles facing businesses of plastic woven bags in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency. 

The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique (census), the sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. The development of revenues is analyzed from the years 2014-2015. The data collection technique that used in this research was interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the development of income for one year from July 2015 to June 2016 on plastic woven bags craftsmen in the Pacing village average is between Rp. 32 983, - rounded Rp. 33.000, - or by 1.5%. The highest percentage revenue growth is 1.7% and the lowest is 1.4%. Factors that affect the income of plastic woven bags craft businesses in the Pacing village include marketing, labor, capital, education, length of service and number of family members. Enterprises craft woven bags of plastic in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency feasible to be developed or continue to be developed, it can be seen from the value of R / C of 30 craftsmen woven bags of plastic in the Pacing village Padas district of Ngawi regency more than 1 or R / C> 1 with a value of R / C an average of 1.25 which means that the entry in the category of R / C> 1 or the business is feasible to be developed or continue to be pursued. Constraints faced in the bags plastic woven craft business in the Pacing village, among others, is the lack of venture capital to increase production and income, the lack of guidance from the relevant agencies, the lack of knowledge about the technology to the means of marketing and quality control, lack of quality human resources , lack of good management as well as organizational and institutional less clear.
