This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, partially and simultaneously, at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Ngawi Regency. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. The sampling technique is the census method, where the entire population is used as a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the variables studied. The study's results indicate that job satisfaction and work discipline significantly affect employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding confirms that increasing job satisfaction and discipline can be an effective strategy in improving the performance of state civil servants in the DPMPTSP environment of Ngawi Regency.
