The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of interpersonal conflict and workload partially and simultaneously on employee work stress at UD Lintas 7 Ngancar Village, Pitu District, Ngawi Regency. The sampling technique used is a census study. The research sample was taken as many as 77 respondents. The data collection used in this research is a questionnaire, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The conclusion of the study shows that: interpersonal conflict and workload partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work stress for UD employees across 7 Ngancar Village, Pitu District, Ngawi Regency.
