This research was doing by observe at management University of Soerjo Ngawi by using This research using: marketing mix analysis. The result of those analysis above shows competitive advantage of University Soerjo Ngawi and can be used to determine the most appropriate marketing strategy. Primary data in this research was from observation at Soerjo University and observation at collage competitor.
