IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM APLIKASI ELSIMIL DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DAN MENGURANGI ANGKA STUNTING DI KECAMATAN WIDODAREN KABUPATEN NGAWI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Elsimil Application in efforts to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Widodaren District, Ngawi Regency, along with the obstacles encountered during program implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and collects data using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research location is at the Widodaren Subdistrict Family Planning Counseling Center. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of the Elsimil Application in efforts to prevent and reduce stunting rates in Widodarean Subdistrict has been running well and in accordance with the policies set by the government, (2) the Elsimil Program in Widodaren Subdistrict is considered effective, because this program can help reduce stunting rates at the district level, as shown by the data in the field, and (3) The implementation of the Elsimil program in Widodarean Subdistrict still faces obstacles, including: weak human resources among application users, errors in the central application, and poor signal reception in remote villages
